Jamie Goode has spent three decades shaping the aesthetic of the Texas music scene through high-end portraiture and editorial photography. As President of the MMTA, Jamie leverages her extensive network and artistic expertise to elevate female artists, stylists, and creatives. Her goal is to bridge the gap between raw talent and professional excellence, providing a prestigious platform for the next generation of Lone Star legends.

Shane Goode, VP of Operations & Retail

Shane Goode oversees the operational backbone of the MMTA, turning strategic goals into functional realities. He manages the association’s technical infrastructure, day-to-day logistical duties, and takes charge of all MMTA merchandising and retail operations. Beyond the logistics, Shane is a staple of the Advisory Board, bringing a deep love and passion for music that ensures the association’s branding and products reflect the true spirit of Texas artists.

Meagan Brown, Founding Director of Artist Operations & Outreach

As a Founding Member of the MMTA, Meagan Brown leverages her extensive experience as a studio hair stylist and makeup artist to identify and cultivate raw talent within the Texas music scene. Acting as the primary scout and recruiter, she is on the front lines connecting with female artists, songwriters, and industry professionals who embody the "Maven" spirit. Meagan bridges the gap between artistic talent and professional presentation, ensuring our members are empowered both on and off the stage.
